MICHELLE ROWE
Advancement Director
Michelle Rowe serves as the Advancement Director at Clean Lakes Alliance, where she leads fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach efforts in support of clean water initiatives throughout the Yahara watershed.
With a background in organizational leadership, Michelle previously led HR and communications at Hometown Pharmacy and served as a police officer and Air National Guardsman. She brings a strong track record of team building, problem-solving, and mission-driven impact to her work.
Michelle is also the founding president of the Rio Area Historical Society, a nonprofit she helped incorporate in 2010 to preserve and promote local history.
She holds a BA in English from UW–Madison and enjoys biking, canoeing, camping, gardening, and home restoration projects with her partner, Paul.
